If you have questions or need help, I appreciate it if you first check if you can find answers below. That is often the quickest way. If you have questions regarding the right of withdrawal, returns, and refunds, please see my terms and conditions.

Free pattern: To receive my free patterns, you must register your email address. Scroll down on indiblomst.com and you will see a blue field where you can enter your email address. You will then receive a welcome email with a link to download the patterns. You can unsubscribe from the list at any time.
Delivery of the item: Patterns are sent to your email address immediately after the purchase is completed. Yarn and knitting kits are sent with Posten every Monday. Make sure your order is placed before 10:00 AM if you want it to be sent on the same Monday.
Correct email address: Always make sure you enter the correct email address when placing an order. If the email address is incorrect, you will not receive the pattern or future updates. Your pattern is available as soon as payment is confirmed. This may take a few minutes. You will receive an email with a link to download the pattern.
Cannot find the email: If you cannot find the email in your inbox, check your spam folder. It may have ended up there. If you cannot find the email in your spam folder and suspect that you may have entered the wrong email address, please send me an email, and I will help you as soon as possible.
Downloading the pattern: All patterns are sent as PDF files. To access the pattern, click on the link in the email you received. If your computer cannot open the file, it is possible that you are missing the program required to open the file. Make sure you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed and updated.
Updates: All updates are automatically sent to the email address you used when ordering. When a pattern is updated, it is not necessarily due to an error. Most often, the update concerns an improved description, fit, or sizing.
Purchased the same pattern multiple times: If you have accidentally ordered the same pattern multiple times and wish for a refund, that is, of course, no problem. Send me an email, and I will help you as quickly as I can.
Knitting help: You've probably heard it before, but try reading through the pattern one more time and double-check that you have marked the correct size throughout the pattern. There are good videos of most techniques on YouTube. If you are still stuck and need help, please send me an email, and I will help you as soon as possible.
