Terms and Conditions

All purchases from Indiblomst are subject to the standard terms and conditions of sale for consumer purchases of physical goods over the internet. See the Consumer Purchases Act for more information. For purchases of digital goods, separate terms and conditions of sale apply.

In the online store, you will find both patterns (digital goods), yarn (physical goods), and knitting kits (digital and physical goods). Patterns are sent to your email address immediately after the purchase is completed. Yarn and knitting kits are shipped with Posten every Monday. Please ensure your order is placed before 10:00 AM if you want it shipped the same Monday. Physical goods are only shipped to Norwegian addresses.

My business model is built on trust between you and me. There are countless hours of work behind every knitting pattern. When you purchase a pattern, it is for personal use only and not intended for sharing. It is not permitted to copy, sell, or redistribute the patterns. Selling products made from the patterns is also not allowed. All Indiblomst patterns are protected by copyright law and Norwegian law. I greatly appreciate your respect for this, so I can continue to develop new patterns.

I will always strive to ensure that you, as a customer, are satisfied when you shop at Indiblomst. If you experience problems with your purchase or the item, please feel free to send an email to guri@indiblomst.com, and I am sure we will find a solution.

Digital goods (patterns): By purchasing digital goods, you agree that the 30-day right of withdrawal is waived. Indiblomst does not issue refunds for digital goods once the order is confirmed and the product has been sent. All digital goods are delivered as PDF files to your email address. No physical item will be sent.

If you have ordered the pattern in the wrong language, please send me an email, and I will help you with that. If you have accidentally ordered the same pattern multiple times and wish for a refund, that is of course no problem. Send me an email, and I will help you as quickly as I can.

Physical goods (yarn): You have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the item. If you wish to cancel the purchase, return the item in the same condition as you received it, along with a completed return form. You must pay the shipping costs for returning the item yourself. The amount will be refunded once I have received the items. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price cannot be returned or refunded.

If you wish to change the color of the yarn you have purchased, that is of course no problem. Send me an email with the color you wish to exchange for, so I can first check that the color is in stock. Then, return the original item in the same condition as you received it, along with a completed return form. You must pay the shipping costs for returning the item yourself. You will be charged for the shipping costs of the new item.

Knitting kits (patterns and yarn): When you order a knitting kit, it consists of both physical and digital goods. You have a 30-day right of withdrawal for the physical item from the date you receive the item. Indiblomst does not issue refunds for digital goods, even if they were part of the knitting kit.

If you wish to cancel the purchase, return the item in the same condition as you received it, along with a completed return form. You must pay the shipping costs for returning the item yourself. You will only be refunded for the physical item. The amount will be refunded once we have received the items. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

If you wish to change the color or quality of the yarn in your knitting kit, that is of course no problem. Send me an email with the color you wish to exchange for, so I can first check that the item is in stock. Return the original item in the same condition as you received it, along with a completed return form. You must pay the shipping costs for returning the item yourself. You will be charged for the shipping costs of the new item.
